Shipping & Returns

We make it a top priority to ship out items, which are instock within 1-2 business days. Special orders, such as Aquacera whole house systems, are typically shipped in 3-5 business days by ground transport within continental US.

There may be an additional shipping charges for custom units, heavy items, or when shipped outside continental US.

How we ship

Orders are shipped via Fedex, US Postal Service, UPS or regional carriers, depending on weight and destination. Fedex, USPS and UPS Ground deliveries to residential or business addresses in most cases are sent with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED - this means that Fedex or UPS will leave package at your door or in convenient location when no one is present at delivery time. If you require a signature, please add a note during checkout process!

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to international P.O. Boxes however we do ship to US and Canada P.O. Box. We do not ship to military addresses. We are not responsible for shipment tracking, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise shipped to a P.O. Box.

International shipping

We do ship to most products to most countries worldwide. We do accept credit cards from most countries and other countries we require international money orders or wire transfer. Please contact us with your country and address information for shipping costs and payment arrangements. We will ship most small orders via U.S. Postal Air Service in order to limit or eliminate border fees. However customer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING CHARGES, including shipping and any additional fees that may occur such as broker fees, duties, government taxes etc. associated with import/export process.

Shipment Inspection

All shipments have been inspected twice and packaged with care to insure safe arrival to our customers however, sometimes packages are damaged in shipment. Please inspect your shipment promptly and report any shipping damage or shortages to us within 5 (five) days of receipt.

Save the original shipping box and packing material as it arrived in case an inspection is necessary by our carrier.

Return Policy

If you wish to return or exchange items, contact our Returns Department by e-mail or phone prior to the return to obtain return authorization and a Return Tracking Number (RTN).

Some products are non-returnable or have a separate return policy / restock fees. See list of non-refundable products at the bottom of the page.

  • Items must be returned to Water Filter Pro (or the manufacturer in the case of drop shipments) within 30 days from the date you received the order.
  • Although Water Filter Pro accepts returns and exchanges with most items, returns may be subject to a minimum restocking fee. Water Filter Pro will inform you of any necessary restocking fees at the time of the issuance of the RTN.
  • All items being returned must be in new condition with undamaged original manufacturer's packaging and accessories. Do not write return numbers, addresses or any other marks directly on manufacturer's original packaging. These packages need to be kept in new and resalable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges. All items returned in non-resalable condition, or have missing parts, upon inspection will be charged an additional restocking fee at Water Filter Pro discretion.
  • If the return is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect, you still need to contact our Returns Department by e-mail or phone prior to the return to obtain return authorization and a RTN, and have the items returned within 30 days from the date you received the items. Water Filter Pro will pay preauthorized shipping costs/reimbursements equivalent to ground/surface shipping rates only.
  • This policy extends only to the original purchaser, and does not apply to commercial use, unreasonable use, or to damage to the product as a result of unintended use including water damage.
  • If you use USPS for shipment, we recommend you insure the package since it is not traceable.


We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item. You can expect your refund in the same form of payment originally used usually within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of your notification.

Please note: If the return is a result of our error or a manufacturer defect, we will refund shipping costs, however at a preauthorized rate equivalent to ground/surface shipping rates.

Shipping, handling and installation charges are not refundable. Orders that received free shipping will also be subject to a $9.95 fee or the actual shipping charge, whichever is greater, in order to cover the shipping and handling charges.
